This is the third new construction custom home we have owned in 5 years and this has been by far the best experience. The quality of the construction and detail is exceptional and the customer service has been head and shoulders above the rest. John and Marita and all on the Kearey Team are all easily reachable and very responsive. Each has demonstrated a personal commitment to make sure we are happy with our home and to ensure that even the smallest of issues are resolved on a timely basis.

We cannot say enough what a pleasant experience this has been and what supporters we are of Kearey Builders (not to mention that the house is beautiful and we bought it after all finish work was complete including the paint!)

Is it possible to fall in love with a house? We didn't think so - until we saw our home, built by Kearey Builders. What's great about it? Open and spacious floor plan, exquisite molding, creative detailing, excellent use of the lot, fine craftsmanship, outstanding views from every room. And then there is the WOW factor. Every person who has seen this house has commented on how stunning and beautiful and unique it is. We didn't buy the house so our friends and family would "ooh" and "ahh" over it. We bought this house because we simply fell in love with it, and we knew that we would enjoy living here for a long time. Truth be told, we've been a little overwhelmed and embarrassed by all the compliments. When it gets to be too much, we close our doors to the world and relax in our perfect home.

What about the people at Kearey Builders? We found the folks at Kearey Builders to be professional, responsive, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was the case with everyone - whether it was John Kearey, the project managers or the office support staff.
