John Kearey Bio

Having owned and operated companies in South Africa, Australia, and North Carolina, our President and Owner John Kearey brings 40 years of experience to the custom homebuilding market. Born in Durban, South Africa, John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management at Natal Technical College. His specialization in construction management, market research, and international business helped him establish a flourishing construction enterprise with an international presence. John’s creativity and understanding of functionality and homeowners’ requirements has earned him trust and the reputation of being an exceptional homebuilder.
