Based in Statesville, North Carolina, our staff includes architects, engineers, master builders, house plan and interior designers, landscapers, and support personnel who work as a team to make your custom home a reality.

{ John Kearey Bio }

Having owned and operated companies in South Africa, Australia, and North Carolina, our President and Co-owner John Kearey brings 36 years of experience to the custom homebuilding market. Born in Durban, South Africa, John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management at Natal Technical College. His specialization in construction management, market research, and international business helped him establish a flourishing construction enterprise with an international presence. In addition to building, his passions include vintage automobiles, travel, canoeing, and mission work.

{ Bradley Meade Bio }

A native of Wilkesboro, NC, Vice President and Co-Owner Bradley Meade graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. With a command of business management, market research, and finance, Bradley guides Kearey Builders in implementing marketing strategies, opportunities for expansion, and new construction technologies. He handles the day to day financial operations. He has been honored with the DAR "Good Citizen" award, as well as the Wilkes Chamber of Commerce "Unsung Hero" award. Bradley's interests include softball, golf, hunting, fly fishing, and assisting the Upward Basketball Program.
